Regarding mail delivery and system error

Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.

We recently found that email sent from the customers, who had received system automatic email, was not received correctly due to system error. Our department in charge is working out on this. However, we may need more time to solve this issue.

The issue mentioned may occur due to the following reason.
⇒Submit button is pressed repeatedly.

※Uploading photos in large size may need more time to process, please wait until processing is completed.
※Photos taken with iPhone may be saved in【.HEIF】format, please upload pictures in【JPG、JPEG、GIF、PNG】format.

If you are not sure about the format of your pictures, please follow the steps below to contact.
1. Complete inquiry form and submit without uploading any photo
2. Reply to the system automatic email and attach picture to the email

Please kindly reply to the system automatic email with the image of defect part attached if you did not receive any reply from us after 5 working days (not included weekend and public holiday in Japan).
